Nvidia Sets $4 Million Target Bonus for CEO Under New Fiscal 2027 Plan
Nvidia Corporation has introduced a new variable compensation plan for fiscal year 2027, establishing a target cash bonus of $4 million for CEO Jensen Huang, according to a regulatory filing on Friday.
Approved by Nvidia’s compensation committee on March 2, the plan ties executive cash bonuses to the achievement of specific revenue goals for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027.
Huang’s total compensation for 2025 was reported at $49.9 million, primarily driven by stock awards valued at $38.8 million.
The filing follows Nvidia’s recent strong financial performance. The company reported better-than-expected results for its January quarter and projected current-quarter revenue above Wall Street estimates, reflecting continued demand for artificial intelligence processors from Big Tech.
For the upcoming fiscal first quarter, Nvidia expects sales of $78 billion, plus or minus 2%.
